AI email support

The support inbox, triaged and drafted before anyone opens it.

This is customer support email — the shared inbox where requests arrive and first response takes a day because someone has to read all of it first. It is not campaign tooling, and if you are looking for drip sequences we are the wrong studio.

What it replaces

Paper correspondence sorted into neat stacks on a wide desk.
  • A shared inbox nobody owns, where the oldest message quietly becomes the most expensive one.
  • Manual triage — reading every message to work out who should have it.
  • First-response times measured in days for questions answerable in a line.
  • The same reply written from scratch, slightly differently, every time.

How it works

What we actually build.

  • Classification and routing on arrival — by intent, urgency and account, into the queue that should own it.
  • Draft replies grounded in your documentation and the account's own history, with the sources attached.
  • Human approval before anything sends, until you have watched it long enough to decide otherwise. That decision is yours, and it is per-category.
  • Escalation rules for the categories that should never be automated at all.
  • Integration with the helpdesk you already run, rather than a migration to a new one.

The limits

What it does not do.

Every one of these has cost us a deal at some point. They have also stopped us selling something that would have failed six weeks in, which is the cheaper of the two outcomes for everybody.

  • This is support email, not marketing email. We do not build drip campaigns, newsletters or cold sequences, and we do not do deliverability consulting for outbound.
  • We do not recommend auto-sending on complaints, cancellations, legal or billing disputes. Those get drafted and queued for a person, and we will push back if asked to remove that gate.
  • Quality tracks the quality of your existing replies and documentation. A thin knowledge base produces thin drafts.

In practice

Where this shows up.

Where volume is spiky

Triage holds up on the day volume triples, which is the day the manual version stops holding up.

Where accounts have history

A draft that already knows what this customer bought and what went wrong last time is the difference between a reply and a useful reply.
