Software solutions

The systems a business runs on, built rather than bought.

Twenty-one categories of operational software we build as custom systems. Not products, not licences, and not a claim that every one is the right purchase — for most businesses, most of the time, a standard product is cheaper than a build. These pages exist for the cases where it is not, and each one says where that line falls.

Before you read any of these

Should you build this at all?

Usually not. A standard product you configure in a fortnight beats a custom system you wait four months for, and we would rather say that on the first call than three invoices in.

  • Buy when your process is ordinary, the product's assumptions match how you work, and the cost of bending slightly to fit it is smaller than the cost of a build.
  • Build when the process is the business — when the way you quote, route, price or comply is the thing you compete on and the product cannot express it.
  • Also build when licence cost scales with people who only ever read, when the data has to live somewhere specific, or when three products are being joined by someone re-keying between them.
  • Whichever it is, each page below names what that system does not do, and several of them tell you to buy instead. Those sections are not modesty — they are the fastest way to find out whether this is worth a conversation.

Revenue and customers

01

CRM

A CRM shaped around how your team actually sells, instead of a pipeline you spend a year bending your process into.

Shipped: TheDreamz Overseas

02

POS

Point of sale that keeps selling when the internet drops, and reconciles to the paisa when it comes back.

03

Event Management

Registration, ticketing, scheduling and on-site check-in for events where the spreadsheet stopped scaling two events ago.

Operations and supply chain

04

Inventory Management

Stock numbers you can act on — because the system knows what is reserved, what is in transit and what was miscounted.

Shipped: ExportHUB

05

Warehouse Management

Receiving, putaway, picking and dispatch directed by the system — measured in walking distance, not in features.

06

Supply Chain Management

Visibility across suppliers, shipments and documents — so a delay is something you handle rather than discover.

Shipped: ExportHUB

07

Fleet Management

Vehicles, drivers, maintenance and fuel in one record — so cost per kilometre is a number rather than an argument.

Projects, assets and property

08

Project Management

Plan, resource, time and cost in one system — built for businesses whose projects bill, not for a generic task board.

Shipped: TheDreamz Overseas

09

Task Management

Work assignment and tracking embedded in your own process, for teams that need workflow rules a generic board cannot express.

10

Construction Management

Site progress, drawings, RFIs, subcontractors and safety in one record — with the site half of it built to work offline.

Shipped: BIM fire safety assessment

11

Asset Management

Every asset with a location, a custodian, a maintenance history and a real book value — from purchase to disposal.

12

Facility Management

Maintenance requests, planned servicing, vendors and compliance for the buildings and equipment you are responsible for.

13

Property Management

Units, tenants, leases, rent and maintenance in one system — with the money side reconciled rather than remembered.

14

PLM

Product records, BOMs, revisions and change control — so engineering, purchasing and production are working from the same version.

Back office, people and records

15

ERP

One system across sales, purchase, stock and accounts — scoped to what you actually run, not to a product's feature matrix.

Shipped: ExportHUB

16

HR Software

Employee records, attendance, leave, onboarding and appraisals — with payroll integrated rather than reinvented.

17

Expense Management

Claims, approvals, policy checks and reimbursement — with the receipt read for you and the policy applied before approval, not after.

18

Contract Management

Every contract findable, with its dates, obligations and renewal windows as data rather than buried in a PDF.

19

Document Management

A document system that knows what a document is about — versioned, permissioned, retained and actually searchable.

20

Case Management

For work that is a case rather than a ticket — long-running, evidenced, regulated, and different every time.

21

Learning Management

Courses, cohorts, assessment and completion records — for training that has to be proven, not just delivered.

What we have actually shipped

6 of these 21 name a real project.

The rest are categories we build into, not systems we can point at by name. We could have written a case study for all twenty-one and nobody would have checked. Instead each page carries evidence only where there is some, and stays quiet where there is not — which is also how you should read every other vendor's version of this page.

The other half of what we do

Every channel your customers use, answered.

Voice, WhatsApp, chat and email are four different purchases with four different constraints — and one job. We build the agent behind each of them, and we run two of them as products of our own.

How it runs

Four stages, and you see working software in every one.

  1. 01

    Discovery

A call, then a written read of the problem — what it costs today, what would have to be true for software to fix it, and whether we're the right people.

  2. 02

    Proposal

Fixed scope, timeline and price. No open-ended discovery phase billed by the hour.

  3. 03

    Build

Agile sprints with something running at the end of each one. You see progress in the product, not in a status deck.

  4. 04

    Ship & support

Cloud deployment, production monitoring and a maintenance arrangement that starts before launch, not after the first incident.

Tell us which system is costing you the most time.

Pick a time that suits you. Tell us the problem, and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right people to solve it.
