Construction Management software
The site and the office run two different versions of the same project.
The office has the programme, the budget and the drawing register. The site has a WhatsApp group, a phone camera and a notebook. Both are accurate about different things, they reconcile weekly at best, and the gap between them is where variations get lost and disputes start.
What it replaces
- Daily progress reported in a group chat, which is unsearchable the moment a claim is contested.
- Drawing revisions distributed by email, with work proceeding on a superseded sheet.
- Subcontractor measurement and certification argued from two sets of notes.
- Safety inspections and toolbox talks recorded on paper, filed in a site cabin, and produced with difficulty when an inspector asks.
What we build
The parts that make it a system.
Scoped to what you run. A module you do not need is not a discount we withhold — it is work nobody does.
Daily site reporting
Labour, plant, materials, weather and progress captured on a phone with photos and location, offline, syncing when the device gets signal — because the site is where the signal is not.
Drawings, RFIs and submittals
A controlled drawing register with revision status, RFIs raised against a sheet and tracked to response, and submittals with approval state — so nobody builds off a superseded revision.
Subcontractor and progress billing
Packages, measured work, variations priced and approved, retention held correctly, and payment certificates that reconcile to what was actually verified on site.
Snagging, quality and safety
Defects raised against a location and a trade with photo evidence and closeout, plus inspections, permits and incident records kept as the compliance file they will eventually have to be.
Where AI actually helps
And where it does not.
One area where we have shipped something specific: automated analysis of building information models for fire-safety compliance, turning a manual review into a repeatable check. Beyond that, photo-based progress comparison and document extraction from submittals are genuinely useful. Predicting programme slippage from a model is not — the causes are commercial and weather-driven, and no dataset you have will contain them.
We have built this
BIM fire safety assessment
We built automated fire-safety analysis of building information models for a construction and real-estate client, converting a manual compliance review into a repeatable, auditable check. It is narrow work, and it is the reason we are honest about how narrow AI's useful surface is in this sector.
Integrations
What it has to talk to.
A system that does not reach the ones you already run creates a second place to type things, which is the problem you started with.
- BIM and CAD file formats for drawing and model reference
- Accounting for subcontractor payment and cost-to-complete
- Cloud storage where the project's document set already lives
- Plant and equipment tracking, where hire cost is material
The limits
What we do not do here.
Including, on several of these pages, telling you not to buy a build at all. That advice has cost us work. It has also stopped projects that would have failed in month three, which is cheaper for everyone.
- We do not do structural, MEP or design calculation. We build the system that carries the record; the engineering judgement stays with your engineers.
- We are not a substitute for a certified compliance sign-off. Automated checks flag; a qualified person still signs.
- If the site team has not agreed to record work on a phone, the app will be empty and honest about it. That adoption question is decided before a line of code, and we would rather lose the project than build a system nobody opens.
In practice
Where this shows up.
Contractors and subcontractors
Measurement and variation records are the commercial position in a dispute, which makes evidence capture the highest-value feature on the list.
Developers and project managers
Multiple contractors across sites, so the requirement is a consolidated view of programme, cost and quality that does not depend on each contractor's own reporting.
How it runs
Fixed scope, fixed price, working software each sprint.
01
Discovery
A call, then a written read of the problem — what it costs today, what would have to be true for software to fix it, and whether we're the right people.
02
Proposal
Fixed scope, timeline and price. No open-ended discovery phase billed by the hour.
03
Build
Agile sprints with something running at the end of each one. You see progress in the product, not in a status deck.
04
Ship & support
Cloud deployment, production monitoring and a maintenance arrangement that starts before launch, not after the first incident.
Related
Systems that usually come up in the same conversation.
Most of these share data with each other. Where two are in scope we would rather build one system than two that sync.
Property Management
Units, tenants, leases, rent and maintenance in one system — with the money side reconciled rather than remembered.
Facility Management
Maintenance requests, planned servicing, vendors and compliance for the buildings and equipment you are responsible for.
Project Management
Plan, resource, time and cost in one system — built for businesses whose projects bill, not for a generic task board.
