AI voice agents

We operate this ourselves. Here is the same thing, built for you.

Every agency in this category claims voice AI. Very few run a voice platform of their own and can point at a client handling 200+ calls a day on it. A missed call is not a missed conversation — it is a customer who called someone else.

What it replaces

An empty reception desk with a telephone handset, lit by morning daylight.
  • Calls that ring out at lunchtime, after hours and every time the desk is busy.
  • Voicemail, which most callers will not leave and almost nobody returns.
  • A receptionist spending their day on booking and rescheduling instead of the people physically in front of them.
  • Overflow staffing bought for a peak that lasts two hours.

We operate this ourselves

Vani

Vani is our own inbound and outbound voice platform, in production. When we tell you what latency is achievable on an Indian mobile network, or where speech recognition starts failing on a noisy line, that is operational experience rather than a vendor's datasheet.

How it works

What we actually build.

  • Natural-language booking, rescheduling and cancellation — the caller speaks normally instead of navigating a menu.
  • Telephony integration on your existing number, so nothing changes for the person calling.
  • CRM and calendar sync, so the call ends with the record already updated.
  • Escalation to a human on anything the agent should not be deciding, with the context passed along.
  • Full transcripts and call recordings, which is also the fastest way to find out what your customers keep asking for.

The limits

What it does not do.

Every one of these has cost us a deal at some point. They have also stopped us selling something that would have failed six weeks in, which is the cheaper of the two outcomes for everybody.

  • It should not give clinical, legal or financial advice, and we will build the escalation path rather than the workaround.
  • Heavy background noise, poor line quality and strong accent variation all degrade recognition. We test against your actual call recordings before quoting, not against a clean sample.
  • There is a real latency floor. A voice agent is fast and natural; it is not indistinguishable from a person, and we will not tell you it is.
  • Outbound calling is subject to local telemarketing regulation, which differs across India, the GCC, the UK and the US.

In practice

Where this shows up.

At a clinic front desk

200+ appointment calls a day handled with zero missed, natural-language booking and rescheduling, and CRM sync — at roughly 70% of the cost of the receptionist team it replaced. Written up in full on the portfolio.

In admissions

First-conversation counselling calls at campaign scale, so the counsellors spend their time on the qualified ones instead of the switchboard.

Also

The other channels.

Different constraints, same job. Most clients start with one and add the next once it is running.

WhatsApp automation

Customer conversations on the channel they already use — handled automatically, inside Meta's rules.

AI chat agents

Website and in-app chat that answers from your documentation, cites it, and knows when to fetch a person.
